Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Across India

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders across most serviceable pin codes in India.

Our team may contact customers for verification before dispatching COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Packaging

Each Ekaasam saree is packed securely and includes a complimentary saree storage bag wherever applicable. We take special care to protect delicate handloom fabrics during transit.

International Shipping

Currently, international shipping may be available only on select requests. For international orders, please contact our support team before placing your order.
