CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping: You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel your order, please send an email to sampark@ekaasam.com with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. We will process a full refund to your original payment method. The refund will be initiated within 2 business days of your cancellation request being approved and may take 4-8 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to receive the product, you may refuse to accept the delivery. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, we will initiate a refund for the product value only, minus any applicable shipping charges.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we take utmost care to ensure our products are of the highest quality, we understand that a return may be necessary.
2. Conditions for a Valid Return
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the product delivery date.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Sarees with fall, pico, or any other customization.
Stitched blouses, customized suits, or any tailor-made products. - Products that have been damaged due to non-adherence to wash care instructions.
- Products that are damaged due to customer misuse. Products returned without their original packaging or bills.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please send an email to sampark@ekaasam.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the product. If the product is defective, please include a 360-degree, unedited, uncut parcel opening video to support your claim.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.
We will arrange for a reverse pickup where available. If reverse pickup is not available at your PIN code, you will need to ship the product back to us. The cost of return shipping in such cases will be reimbursed to you.
Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, we will initiate the refund or exchange.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase with in 5-10 days. The refund amount will be the value of the product(s) returned, minus any applicable shipping or processing fees.
Exchange: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or a different item, we will issue you a store credit with in 24 hours for the value of the returned item. The store credit will be valid till 10 days. You can then use this store credit to place a new order on our website.
No replacement will be provided.
Quality Discrepancy: While we ensure product accuracy, please note that slight variations in color may occur due to screen resolution and photography. Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects and will not be eligible for return or exchange on that basis.
